This is a very large rare antique illustrated Bible, dated 1879. It is the Parallel Bible in the Old and New Testaments, The Authorized and Revised Versions. It is a Pictorial Family Bible. It measures 12 1/4" x 10 1/4" x 4 1/4" thick. It is arranged in Parallel columns, and there are places for photos in back. It includes several pictures, and they have tissue paper protection. The inside cover binding is loose, as you can see in photo #2, and 5 of the first pages are loose; otherwise all of the pages are intact, and the Bible is in good antique condition for its age.
